Our Rates

We work on a contingency model for placements – if you don’t hire one of our candidates, you don’t pay anything.

If you decide to hire a candidate, our fee is a percent of their first year’s salary. This fee usually ranges from $5,000 to $20,000, depending on the candidate’s salary.
