Tim Flood, Owner

Tim Flood founded Smart Resources (which he originally named Smart Staffing) in 1994.  The idea was to open a staffing firm that treated candidates/temporary associates better than they would have imagined in their wildest dreams.  With happy candidates and field (temporary) employees, our customers have  also benefitted--98% of our customers polled in Jan 2008 said they would use us again or refer us to a friend or associate. 

Tim grew up in Chicagoland, attended Loyola Academy, and graduated from the University of Notre Dame (1990).  He is the father to three remarkable children (Emily, Katy, and Isidore), and when he is not with his kids, he still enjoys every moment by taking in music, wine, staying fit, and thinking of ways for his staff and all of those associated with Smart Resources to enjoy what we do.

Meg Laundry, Managing Partner

Having worked in the staffing industry since 1986, Meg, our Managing Partner, has had exposure managing a variety of large corporate projects and brings a wealth of experience in providing consultative staffing solutions to firms of all sizes. She has worked in many areas of the business including traditional temporary staffing, temp-to-hire placement, as well as direct-to-hire recruiting. Meg is a graduate of St. Norbert College.
